中日两国作为全球经济的重要参与者，其经济深度交融，经贸合作对两国关系至关重要。RCEP为中日经贸合作提供了制度保障。中国在国有企业改革、知识产权保护、劳工标准、环境保护和数据流动管理等方面正积极适应CPTPP的高标准要求，并通过一系列改革措施展现了其融入全球高规格贸易体系的决心。日本应支持中国加入CPTPP，并进行相关规则和政策调整，推动中日两国在多边经济合作与全球治理中的协作，为区域和全球经济的稳定与繁荣作出贡献。

China and Japan, as significant players in the global economy, have deeply integrated economies, making economic and trade cooperation crucial to their bilateral relations. The RCEP provides institutional safeguards for Sino-Japanese economic and trade cooperation. China is actively adapting to the high-standard requirements of the CPTPP in areas such as state-owned enterprise reform,intellectual property protection, labor standards, environmental protection, and data flow management, demonstrating its determination to integrate into the global high-standard trade system through a series of reform measures. Japan should support China's accession to the CPTPP and make relevant adjustments to rules and policies to promote collaboration between the two countries in multilateral economic cooperation and global governance, contributing to the stability and prosperity of the regional and global economy.
