人类学作为一门以人及其文化研究为重的学科,其在社会化进程中产生出应用性价值,演变成为协助国家拓展对外战略关系的一种工具。人类学对当今国家对外开发援助的参与就较为典型。通过参与国家主导的开发援助项目,人类学显现出一定的政治向度,并由此达到应势而动的发展效果。在对非援助过程中,日本对人类学的重视及取用,使得人类学的应用价值得到极大程度的激发,此举不仅推动了日本的对非援助,同时还使得作为学科的人类学取得了巨大的学术进步。
Abstract：As a research oriented discipline, anthropology has developed practical value in the process of socialization, and has evolved into a tool to help the country expand its foreign strategic relations. Anthropological participation in foreign development assistance is typical. Through participating in the development assistance projects led by the state, anthropology shows a certain political dimension, and thus achieves the development effect of responding to the situation. In the process of assistance to Africa, Japan's emphasis on and use of anthropology has enabled the application value of anthropology to be maximized. This move not only promoted Japan's assistance to Africa, but also enabled anthropology as a basic subject to achieve great academic achievements.
